Warranty replacement
Buyers did a great job. They fixed the brakes, the AC and the rocker cover. The car was returned. Everything was working great. All the repairs were made, and there was no damage to the vehicle with the new return.

I was coming home from Lake Erie and my truck motor blew up. Got it towed to Byers because it was closest to where I was broke down at and they took a bad situation and made it as painless as possible. Josh the service manager went above and beyond. Truck is in good shape. Process was easy enough online. One issue popped up but they took care of it immediately when brought up.

They came with a reasonable offer for my trade and a reasonable price for the vehicle I was purchasing and we made a deal without haggling and the whole experience was seamless.
