I waited about an hour while they rotated tires and changed oil. I requested the engine oil NOT be filled above the top dipstick mark ... but it was overfilled anyway.

I dropped the car off. I described a noise. Daily let me know that the noise was caused by worn tires. I appreciated that information. The car was done (front and rear brakes) was done in a timely manner.

Fast... the only thing I wish is they would reset everything back to what it was when I brought the vehicle in. Turn my auto lights back on, out the dashboard view back to what I had, etc.

THEY WERE OK.They changed my oil and rotated tires but we're unable to replace my oil cap and perform my transmission service.They had to order the oil cap and the transmission fluid

Efficient, friendly customer service at Byers Toyota. Scheduled with K and D Glass for windshield replacement at Byers. After dropping off my car, I was notified by the glass company the windshield had not arrived. I complained to Byers about the mixup. The service manager was helpful in mediating the scheduling error.

Did have serious problems with my 2004 Sequoia but Byers service advisor did work with me and repair process moved forward. I am very happy with the repairs by the technician and efforts of the advisor.
This was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. Quincy was very nice and wasn't pushy in anyway. He did everything I asked and answered everything I asked. I will definitely be telling people about this dealership and will definitely be back when I am looking to buy again.
Credit Kyle Cain for the sale. He went above any expectations that we had of a sale person. I think the used car sales manager was reluctant to give on some things we wanted to see happen at the sake of making a sale. First time brakes and rotors installed at 108000 miles. They had to be ready but the car still drove fine. They got me an appointment quickly at a fair price and with the reliability and performance of Toyota parts.

I don’t live in Delaware but was there on Business. While in Delaware I ran over a screw which entered my tire. I called Toyota and explained the problem. From the time I called and Toyota did the repair was just over 30 minutes. Great service and appreciate them getting me in as fast as they did. Very courteous and professional.
